- Isolation
- Every firm's data is separated by row-level security. No cross-firm access, ever.
- Encryption
- TLS 1.3 in transit and encryption at rest for the database and file storage.
- Access control
- Role-based permissions (owner, admin, member, viewer) and optional TOTP multi-factor auth.
- Auditability
- Every state-changing action is recorded in an audit log, available to firm owners.
- AI handling
- We use Anthropic's API for AI features. Anthropic does not train models on data sent through its API. Each firm's content is isolated within Velle and is not used to train any model.
