Your firm's data is used only to operate your Velle workspace: retrieval, drafting, and analytics. Firms are fully isolated from one another; there is no shared content pool.

We use Anthropic's API for AI features. Anthropic does not train models on data sent through its API. Each firm's content is isolated within Velle and is not used to train any model. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This site stores nothing in your browser. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage. We use no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking tools of any kind.

We use Sentry, a service operated by Functional Software, Inc. in the United States, to tell us when something on the site breaks. On each page load Sentry receives your IP address and your browser's user agent string.

If an error happens it also receives the address of the page, a technical description of the fault, and a short trail of what you did just before it, such as which links you clicked. That trail records which element was used, never what you typed into it. Sentry does not record your screen, and it stores nothing on your device, so nothing is left behind that could identify you on a later visit.

Signing in to the Velle app at app.vellesuite.com does set cookies. They keep you signed in and remember which firm you are working in. They are necessary for the app to run, and they are not used for tracking or advertising.
